THE SUCCESS - FAILURE OF THE METHODOLOGY

Parameters

Hydraulic systems mostly (85%) fail due to contamination problems, and the lubricant requires premature changes due to contamination. For this reason, ISO 4406 parameters have been defined for hydraulic system components.

Clean Start

Lubricants from new mostly fail ISO cleanliness and should enter the equipment with a code no higher than 16/14/12, but to achieve this goal you have to deal with bajas temperaturas (viscosidad)   when filtering new oil.

Effective Monitoring

Monitoring practices are often NOT the most effective because sampling methodologies can alter results and furthermore do not have predictive solutions to mitigate results outside the optimal ISO parameters indicated by the OEMs

Staying Clean

Dialysis has proven to be ineffective because the filtration systems are not correctly sized or the equipment is out of parameters in a short time without effective monitoring to determine the necessary interval for each dialysis.

Our Proposal

Evaluation

An expert advice that allows users to know their current condition and the engineering applied to their needs to maintain an operation within ISO 4406 standard according to OEMs stipulations.

Monitoring

Using certified equipment, the new lubricant is audited and the results of contamination control practices are confirmed in real time and online for the user to validate the success of the FMS approach.

Execution

A pilot demonstrates to the customer the technical and economical feasibility of maintaining hydraulic systems within optimal ISO parameters with water and emulsion control based on the individual needs of each operation.
