With certified particle counters, multiple analyses of
the new oil and inside the equipment are performed
at different times.

Information is gathered to determine  the  optimum  
ISO parameters required in hydraulic systems.

2.- Current Practices 

An evaluation of current practices and  their degree
of effectiveness is performed. 

The current impact on component and lubricant life
is defined. 

 

3.- Preliminary Project

A preliminary project is prepared considering costs:

  • Maintenance 
  • Lubricants
  • Shutdown


4.- PILOT PLAN

We elaborate a pilot plan at no cost to the client:

  • Equipment definition
  • ISO-certified cleaning of equipment
